Our Service

Most important of all, we offer a personal service. We are available to you on a one-to-one basis giving you practical advice and information at the end of the telephone, by e-mail or even face-to-face.

Our Buying Process

We like to provide a personal service, so we encourage as much contact with our customers as possible throughout the whole buying process.

1.

Select your new car from our list of vehicles and either give us a call or send an e-mail with your requirements to: info@beepcars.co.uk. You can also call us for help and advice if you are undecided about which car to choose.

2. We will contact you to confirm the vehicle details and to inform you of availability and delivery times.
3. When you are happy with all arrangements we will require a 10% deposit for each vehicle ordered.
4. About a week before collection of your new vehicle we will require you to provide us with an insurance certificate or cover note to enable us to tax and register the vehicle in your name. We will be able to provide you with the chassis number for this purpose as your new registration number is not issued by the Department of Transport until the day of taxation.
5. We can collect your vehicle from us or we can arrange to deliver your new vehicle to whichever address you require in the UK (this is a chargeable service)
6. Final payment is required by cleared funds, prior to, or with arrangement on the day of collection.
7. We are able to offer competitive finance but if you are arranging your own finance we will send the finance company an invoice for the vehicle if required. We will accept cleared funds from the finance company as final payment prior to collection.
